In the kitchen we have a large number of teacups and saucers, for the regular user groups. No. If you are planning to serve alcohol with no purchase, or 'bring-your-own' then there is no requiement to have an alcohol license. However, if you are planning to hire a bar or sell alcohol then you will be required to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from the Borough Council (Cheltenham Municiple Offices) at least a month prior to the event, and provide us with a copy at least two weeks prior in order for us to display this to the public at the Community Centre.

The height of the ceiling in both halls is  3.75 metres,  therefore if the bouncy castle is well below this height then this should be fine.
