Hall Booking Rates

Hourly Charges

1. The charges above include use of the kitchen and outside areas (both halls share these facilities).

2. Chairs/Tables may be taken from either store to make up numbers provided both halls are hired. Please return     to the respective stores.

3. Please stack chairs with fabric side out on trolleys - Stacking in this manner will reduce the size to help     manoeuvring into the store.

4. Please include setting up and clearing away time in the hire times.

Important  Note:

Sorry owing to misuse we will not be accepting adult party bookings for the general public on Friday and Saturday evenings for the foreseeable future, regular users and special circumstance bookings can continue by booking through the bookings secretary.

The halls must be hired by persons who are 18 or over.

Please read the terms and conditions and note that any misuse or damage to the hall and its surroundings will result in additional penalty charges being levied on the hirer and we will pursue these through the small claims court system if necessary.

If you are intending to hire a bar that sells Alcohol for an event you will need to obtain a temporary events licence and this can take up to 3 weeks to be issued from the Cheltenham Borough Council and we need to display this for a week before the event.

By making a booking you consent to us making contact with you from the information you provide for the purpose of advising any matters that may arise in connection with your hire.

We may use this information to circulate to you general information about events at the Community Centre, but if you do not wish to be contacted after your hire please notify us.

We do not collect information using cookies or have any commercial links associated with this Website.

Hall Key Pick Up Times

The key can normally be picked up on the day of the hire 15 minutes before the start of the hire time. To arrange a key pick up time please phone 07580813712 on either the Wednesday or Friday between 7pm and 8pm in the week preceding your hire date.

Note - Key pick up is not at the centre but at an address close to the centre.
